Erin O'Sullivan, CHt, FMCHC
Hi! I’m Erin O’Sullivan - a Certified Hypnotherapist, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Reiki Master. But certificates only scratch the surface. At my core, I’m a mother, a healer, and someone who knows what it means to break open and rebuild with intention.
My journey into this work began not with a career goal, but with my daughter’s autism diagnosis. That moment cracked me open. I went from a logic-loving tech grad to a mother on a mission -exploring everything from biomedical interventions to Reiki energy healing in search of ways to support her. And what I discovered transformed not just her life - but mine.
Now, with 2 wonderful kids and a well-worn path of lived wisdom behind me, I help others reclaim their wholeness - through hypnotherapy, energy healing, and compassionate guidance. My approach weaves together deep presence, clinical wisdom, and a little bit of magic.
Whether you're here to reset your relationship with your body, release old wounds, or reclaim your power - I’m here to walk beside you.
